EBJH Telecommunication Policy

EBJH Telecommunication Policy (Including but not limited to cell phones) 1st Offense Parent contact, telecommunication device confiscated and returned to parent at end of day. 2nd Offense Parent contact, telecommunication device confiscated and returned to parent next week. 3rd Offense Parent contact, telecommunication device confiscated and returned to parent after 10 days, exemptions lost, student assigned ISS. 4th Offense Parent contact, telecommunication device confiscated and returned to parent after 15 days, student is suspended. 5th Offense Parent contact, telecommunication device confiscated and returned to parent, ALC 10 days, upon return the phone must be turned off and stored in front office each day.
