We are thrilled to host the first-ever Grandparents Day at Ella Banks Junior High on Friday, September 5, 2025, in the EBJH Cafeteria. This milestone event is a chance to honor the loved ones who pour into our students every day.
Event at a Glance

• Check-In: 7:45–8:15 AM
• What’s Included: Light breakfast and a photo booth
• After Breakfast: Grandparents may walk their student to 1st period

Important Visitor Requirements (Please Read)

• All visitors must be listed as an emergency contact in Skyward to attend.
• Valid photo identification is required (driver’s license or passport).
• Visitors not listed in Skyward will not be allowed entry.
• Photos of IDs on phones will not be accepted; a hard-copy photo ID is required.

If you need to add or update your student’s emergency contacts in Skyward, please do so before the event to ensure a smooth and timely check-in.
We can’t wait to celebrate this special first with our grandparents and families.
